You acknowledge that the DON TON Telegram bot, Telegram groups and channels, smart contracts, games, products, services, content, website, Twitter account, Discord server, and/or other domains or websites operated by The Game (collectively, the "Services") are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any express or implied warranties.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, suspend or terminate the Services, or any part thereof, at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, within our sole discretion.

DON TON IS AN INNOVATIVE TEXT-BASED MMO GAME THAT INTEGRATES THE USE OF CRYPTOCURRENCY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ETHER (ETH), USDT AND DEGOLD, TO ENHANCE THE GAMING EXPERIENCE. HOWEVER, IT IS ESSENTIAL TO ACKNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTAND THE INHERENT RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH USING CRYPTOCURRENCY. ENGAGING IN DON TON MAY INVOLVE REAL-WORLD FINANCIAL RISKS. THE VALUE OF CRYPTOCURRENCY CAN BE HIGHLY VOLATILE AND SUBJECT TO UNPREDICTABLE FLUCTUATIONS.

By using the Game or otherwise owning a DEGOLD or DON TON account, and participating in related Services, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions set in this Agreement.

Your donation to the Game or DeGold token purchase from any owner does not constitute a financial investment.

IF YOU LOOSE ACCESS TO YOUR TELEGRAM ACCOUNT YOU WILL LOSE THE ACCESS TO THE WALLET AND THE DON TON ACCOUNT AND ALL THE PROGRESS YOU'VE MADE!

The Game may create a digital "play" wallet for you as part of your interaction with the Services. This wallet will provide you withconvenient control over your in-game DeGold tokens and other related functionalities.

The private key associated with this wallet will be provided to you on request. It is of paramount importance that you securely retain and safeguard this private key. The responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the private key rests solely with you.

PLAYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS WITHIN DON TON AND SHOULD EXERCISE RESEARCH IN SECURE MANAGING THEIR CRYPTOCURRENCY ASSETS AND VIRTUAL POSSESSIONS.

User Content

When you upload, transmit, generate, or create any data or content through the Services ("Content"), you guarantee that such content will be accurate, truthful, and non-confidential. Furthermore, you warrant that the Content will not infringe upon any laws, contractual restrictions, or the rights of third parties. You agree not to use the Services for any purpose that would violate applicable national, regional, federal, state, local, or international laws and regulations. This includes refraining from using the Services for any activities that infringe upon intellectual property rights, disrupt the proper functioning of the Services, or engage in any behavior that is abusive, offensive, or harmful to others.

Limitation of Liability

The Game shall not be held responsible or liable to you for any losses, damages, claims, or liabilities arising from your use of the Game, the Services or DeGold tokens. This includes, but is not limited to, losses resulting from user error, forgotten passwords, server failure, data loss, corrupted cryptocurrency wallet files, unauthorized access to your digital wallet, or any unauthorized third-party activities related to the Ethereum blockchain.

You acknowledge that the Game Developers are not responsible for verifying the identity, legitimacy, or authenticity of any third-party exchanges or marketplaces where DeGold tokens may be traded.

You acknowledge that the Game Developers are not responsible for any failures, abnormal behavior, or disruptions that may occur in the software, including digital wallets, smart contracts, blockchains, or other features of the Game. This includes issues related to blockchain network stability, performance, security vulnerabilities, and any consequences that may arise from these factors.

DON TON UTILIZES THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGIES, SUCH AS TELEGRAM AND ETHEREUM - THE DON TON DEVELOPMENT TEAM DOES NOT OPERATE THESE PLATFORMS, AND USERS SHOULD FAMILIARIZE THEMSELVES WITH THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND POTENTIAL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THESE TECHNOLOGIES.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between Players, you hereby release the Game, its developers, and associated parties from any responsibility, claims, demands, and damages (whether actual or consequential) arising from or connected to such disputes. This release encompasses losses, profits, data, goodwill, and any other form of damage, whether known or unknown. You understand that any disputes between Players are to be resolved solely between the Parties involved, and the Game shall not be held liable for any outcomes.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Game regarding the subject matter discussed herein and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Amendment: We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. By continuing to use the Services after any modifications to the Terms, you acknowledge your acceptance of the updated terms.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce that or any other provision.

By accessing the Game's Services or owning a DeGang account or DeGold token and participating in related activities, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Game's Services.
